Smugglers Adventure Caves
There are 40 steps down to the entrance of the attraction. Due to the attraction being set inside a natural cave, there are many uneven floors, a low tunnel, and slippery surfaces, making the caves inaccessible by wheelchair.
Pushchairs are not permitted inside but can be left in the buggy park. We recommend bringing a baby sling should you need one.
In line with the Equality Act 2010, we welcome assistance dogs that have been trained by organisations accredited by Assistance Dogs UK (ADUK) or an equivalent recognised body. Assistance dogs must:
- Be clearly identifiable as working animals (e.g., wearing a harness, jacket, or lead slip)
- Remain under control and on a lead at all times
- Not cause disruption to exhibits, or other visitors
We do not permit emotional support animals, therapy animals, or pets inside the attraction.
Hastings Castle
Hastings Castle is a cashless venue and accepts card only – all major credit/debit cards are accepted with the exception of Amex. Tickets for Hastings Castle must be purchased on the gate and are not available online.
Dogs are not permitted in the Castle grounds except assistance dogs.
